Douglas Smith has been a commercial real estate agent since 1989. His primary efforts are focused on representing companies in the evaluation and negotiation of their real estate needs.

For over 30 years, Doug has successfully assisted his clients with analyzing their unique requirements whether it be leasing, purchasing, build-to suits or sale/leasebacks. Some of his recent work has been with such companies as Better Business Bureau, Ditchey Geiger Law Firm, Area Temps, and LinkMedia 360. In total, Doug has been responsible for representing companies with space exceeding two million square feet.

Doug is a graduate of Bowling Green State University and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration
