Joining Green Bridge Real Estate in July of 2018. Jason has worked in commercial real estate since 2015 (licensed in 2013). Jason specializes Multifamily/Investment Brokerage, while also serving clients in the Industrial, Office and Retail sectors. Mr. Griffith possesses a quality track record for local and national clients, on both the lease and sales side of transactions. Jason strives to streamline the deal making process by connecting people and being the team player that goes above and beyond to ensure a smooth transaction process. Always eager to make a positive impact for his clients and the Northeast Ohio area, Mr. Griffith prides himself on having the right information for his clients.

Prior to starting his career in Commercial Real Estate, Jason and his father started Lenus Properties LLC to rehabilitate homes and manage investment properties. He remains involved as the Vice President and Commercial property Manager. Advising on potential renovation projects and commercial investment opportunities. Beginning his real estate career as a residential agent with Cutler Real Estate; Jason became a Certified Distressed Property Expert. By specializing in the buying/selling of REO/bank owned properties, he helped his RE team earn the Ohio Association of Realtors President Sales Club Award in 2013 and 2014.

Mr. Griffith graduated with his Master's degree in Psychology from Hood College in 2011, his Bachelor's degree is from The Ohio State University. Jason is active in the community as the Head Boy's Lacrosse Coach at Kenston High School. Jason resides in Solon, OH with his wife and family.
